SnackTV Return Policy

 

Items shipped from SnackTV Food Network LLC, including SnackTV Food Network LLC Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

  • For information about products that can't be returned, see Items that Can't be Returned below.

  • Once the product is received, refunds will be processed and sent out within 5 business days.

  • Options for refund include store credit, returning the money to the original payment source, or choosing another method.

  • If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you return it or have been charged for item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

  • It is necessary for the item to be brand new with the box and packaging in tact in order to qualify for a return?

  • To initiate a return, please use the email at the bottom of the website. Please include Item and item number in the email request.

  • To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances SnackTV Food Network LLC may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is linked at the bottom of this page.

  • The consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and restocking a fee.

 

Items that You Can't Return

There are some items purchased on SnackTV Food Network LLC that you can't return. Among them are digital items, cards, and products that are unsafe for return. Devices are also non-returnable more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-returnable Items

Hazardous Material

  • Items classified as hazardous materials

  • Items that use flammable liquids or gases

Note: Contact the manufacturer directly for service, Warranty, return, and refund information. Their contact information should be in the product manual or on the packaging for the item.

Devices

  • Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 30 days after delivery. Access our Our Return Policies.

Digital

  • Downloadable software products

  • Open software

  • Online subscriptions after you accessed them

Cards

  • Gift cards (except as required by law)

  • Prepaid game cards (for example, World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points)
